Initial Public Offering

An Initial Public Offering (IPO) entails the initial public offering of tokens or coins by a cryptocurrency project or company. This marks the first time they are made available to the general public. To accompany the IPO, the project usually presents a whitepaper that delineates its objectives, technology, and tokenomics.

The whitepaper offers comprehensive insights into the project’s team, roadmap, and other relevant details. The proceeds generated from the IPO are typically allocated to finance the project’s development, fortifying its infrastructure, and sustaining its operations.
